1) Install Grease monkey plug in for Firefox. Download it from here and install it by clicking "Add To Firefox." Link

2) Once Grease Monkey is installed, install the link checker plugin. Go to the link below and just click on "Install now" on the right hand side of the website: Link

3) Once both are installed and Firefox is restarted click on "tools" and scroll down to "Grease Monkey". Make sure its enabled and click on "Manage user scripts" Make sure the "Rapidshare Links Checker" is in the left hand side column as it is usually. Below are screen shots of what you should see:
